  • Leergang Ontwikkeling Mens en Organisatie (Post-Bachelor Program)
    An accredited program that equips professionals to understand behavior in depth, guide team dynamics, and strengthen organizational culture. Through experiential learning and practical tools, you learn how to facilitate sustainable change at individual, team, and organizational level.

  • Lencioni Workshop (1 day)
    Strengthening team collaboration using Patrick Lencioni’s framework.
